Dubai offers real advantages. None of them remove risk, so we tell you what to check as well.
Foreign buyers can own freehold property in designated areas. We confirm eligibility before you commit to a listing.
The Dubai Land Department and RERA register property, license brokers and set escrow rules for off-plan projects.
Many residents rent before they buy. Demand varies by building, so we look at achieved rents, not headlines.
Qualifying property purchases can support a long-term UAE residence visa. Conditions apply and we'll walk you through them.
Dubai doesn't tax personal rental income, though your home country might. A tax adviser can confirm what applies to you.
Beaches, marinas, golf communities and city living, all within a short drive. Pick the neighbourhood first, then the home.
A simple, transparent process whether you're buying, renting or investing off-plan.
Budget, area, timeline and whether you'll live in it or rent it out.
Hand-picked ready homes and off-plan options that actually fit.
In-person or video viewings, with service charges and real numbers side by side.
We negotiate price and terms and prepare the paperwork.
DLD transfer or Ejari registration, then the keys are yours.
Yes. Non-UAE nationals can buy freehold property in designated areas, which include most of the communities we list, such as Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Hills Estate.
A ready property is complete and you can view, move in or rent it out straight away. Off-plan means buying before completion, usually with a developer payment plan spread over construction. Entry prices can be lower, but you rely on the developer delivering on time.
Beyond the price, budget for the Dubai Land Department transfer fee (4%), registration and trustee fees, agency fee, and mortgage fees if you finance. We give you a full cost sheet before you make an offer.
No. Many clients buy from abroad. We can arrange video viewings, and the transfer can be completed through a power of attorney.
Rentals are usually yearly, paid by one or more cheques. You'll sign a tenancy contract registered with Ejari and pay a refundable security deposit. We handle the paperwork with the landlord.
